These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the MCL Hangers website and online services. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

Purchases, quotes, and order requests may also be subject to the separate Store Terms and any written quotation, order acknowledgement, product documentation, or agreement provided by MCL Hangers.

MCL Hangers, LLC develops, manufactures, and distributes hanger products and related components for open web steel joist and compatible support applications. References to “MCL Hangers,” “we,” “us,” or “our” in these terms refer to MCL Hangers, LLC.

We work to keep website content accurate and useful, but product information, dimensions, availability, pricing, illustrations, technical data, and other content may change without notice. Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as the only basis for engineering, installation, purchasing, or code-compliance decisions.

Always use the current cut sheet, installation instructions, project documents, and written MCL Hangers information applicable to the product you are using.

MCL Hangers products are components within a larger structural and building-system design. Product information does not replace the judgment of the project Engineer of Record, contractor, authority having jurisdiction, or other responsible design professional.

The Engineer of Record is responsible for evaluating the structural adequacy of the joists and the loads transferred to them. Users are responsible for confirming product selection, compatibility, installation location, supported load, code requirements, and field conditions for each project.

The website, product names, logos, graphics, photographs, drawings, technical documents, text, and other content are owned by or licensed to MCL Hangers and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You may view, download, and print materials for legitimate project evaluation, purchasing, installation, and internal business use. You may not reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or commercially exploit website content in a misleading or unauthorized manner.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to interfere with website operation, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, introduce malicious code, scrape the website in a manner that disrupts service, impersonate another person or organization, or use the website to submit false, fraudulent, or abusive requests.

Submitting a quote request, order form, cart, or checkout does not by itself require MCL Hangers to accept an order. Orders are subject to product availability, pricing confirmation, payment approval, shipping requirements, and any other conditions stated in the Store Terms or an order acknowledgement.
